As Operations Manager, you are ultimately responsible for daily operations. You oversee the entire process from planning to delivery and ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines, quality standards, and budgets. You report to the management board, work closely with department heads, and act as a key link between departments.

Your responsibilities include:
• Overseeing and managing planning, execution, costs, and delivery of ongoing turnkey projects
• Improving and professionalizing project management and processes
• Streamlining projects and optimizing interdepartmental collaboration
• Monitoring operational performance and identifying bottlenecks
• Supporting and guiding department heads
• Ensuring clear communication, accountability, and predictable execution

WHAT YOU BRING

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree, e.g. in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
• Extensive experience in an operational leadership role in a project-based technical environment
• Proven experience in project management
• Ability to maintain overview, set priorities, and adjust when needed
• Strong communication skills, accountability, and trust-building
• Results-driven, cost-conscious, and structured
