As a Financial Administrative Employee, you ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial data.
tHIS IS WHAT THE ROLE OF FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE EMPLOYEE AT HORCONEX LOOKS LIKE
As a financial administrative employee, you are responsible for the daily financial administration. This includes:
Processing purchase and sales invoices
Maintaining debtor and creditor administration
Processing bank transactions and preparing payments
Supporting month-end and year-end closings
Ensuring a correct and clear administration
WHAT YOU BRING
We are looking for a financial administrative employee available for 24 to 32 hours per week. Additionally, the ideal candidate has:
A vocational (MBO) education in finance/accounting
Experience with financial software
Good command of Dutch and English
Accuracy and a structured way of working
A proactive and collegial attitude
